Our learned and trained reactions to information from the outside and our actions to solve problems shape our daily work and communication more than many realize. Together, we develop new strategies, accompany their introduction and implementation, and individuals or teams use these new methods to reduce miscommunication, error-proneness, and inefficiency. Our focus here is on implementing small steps in everyday life to immediately see results and get feedback.

If tension, misunderstandings, and impediments are eliminated, efficiency and satisfaction increase massively – there is more time for correct implementation, for better quality, for further training, for all the little things that still need to be done – whatever the goal of the person or the team is.
WHAT HAVE OTHERS ACHIEVED?
Barriers between IT and business are not uncommon. Different approaches of the participating teams were brought to one level. This included organizational measures like agile processes with appropriate tool support and DevOps as well as the reduction of reservations and fear of change.
Separate approaches between engineering ("done is better than perfect") and business (sharing information only when the client understands) were transformed into a common communication, which after a short time already showed more efficient and powerful processes.
